| Take your skills to the next level with advanced techniques. Unlock the potential of your serger or learn to use one of ours in our serger workshop before triple-zipping in our 'zipper boot camp', then add some flair with decorative and finishing techniques. You must attend the first class. Classes can be rescheduled between weekend times and in-week class offerings. Be sure to give at least 48-hour notice to transfer enrollment; please see individual classes for make-up dates. |

| Unit 3 - Advanced Class 1: Serger Techniques Get to know the overlock sewing machine in this hands-on 3 hour class. Class 2: Triple Zipper Learn to sew a Lapped, Fly Front and Invisible zipper. Class 3: Decorative Finishing Learn techniques for sewing French Seams, Elastic smocking, lace appliqué, sewing with the bobbin thread, using the feed dogs to ease as well as gathering and ruffling feet. |
