Get to know the overlock sewing machine in this hands-on 3 hour class. Learn general maintenance and cleaning as well as threading, tension and how to set the machine for 3-thread, 4-thread, rolled edge and elastic techniques.
Group Sessions by appointment
for 3 to 6 people.
You are welcome to bring your serger to class or observe and try-out ours.

 Triple Zipper
Learn to sew a Lapped, Fly Front and Invisible zipper!

In a combination of demonstrations and sample sewing you will review the steps required for three crucial zipper applications. With the guidance of our instructors the multiple step process will be demystified! Leave class with sewn samples and detailed instructions for all three zipper techniques.

Learn techniques for sewing French Seams, Elastic smocking, lace appliqué, sewing with the bobbin thread, using the feed dogs to ease as well as gathering and ruffling feet.
